Gill Family Medicine in Decatur, AL is hiring a full-time, salaried Weight Loss Coach to oversee our Rapid Medical Weight Loss program. Full Description Below!

 

 

POSITION OVERVIEW

 

You’ll be the principal health & lifestyle coach, making you the primary touch point for all patients.

- Orient new patients to our program

- Tailor nutrition plans

- Oversee weigh ins

- Teach nutrition lessons to each patients, as prescribed by our program

- Administer injections

- Dispense physician prescribed medications and supplements

- Track patient progress

- Take and organize progress photos

- Discuss and sell products from our “Snack Shop”

- Encourage and inspire!

 

You’ll collaborate with physicians on nutritional requirements and patient health. - Review patient history - Report any complications or concerns - Prepare and maintain medical records

 

Additional administrative tasks:

- Track and maintain inventory for the snack shop

- Clean and organize the weight loss spaces

- Maintaining the marketing database (patients contact info)

 

You’ll also work closely with our marketing manager to assist with other educational efforts, like creating content for our website and social media profiles, creating emails for our newsletter. You will be the face of Rapid Medical Weight Loss - our brand representative.
