Consultant Dietitian

NHS Management is currently seeking a Registered Dietitian with long term care experience to serve as a dietary consultant for several facilities. Ideal candidate would be centrally located in the Montgomery/Birmingham area. Job responsibilities include nutritional assessments, staff training, menu planning, and quality assurance.
